Which version of Serum do I need?

Nova is a Serum 2 bank: you need Serum 2 v2.0.16 or later by Xfer Records. Update to the latest version for full compatibility.

Where are the MIDI files?

In two places. The MIDI ideas are attached to the presets inside Serum 2 – drag one straight out into your DAW – and a folder with every MIDI file is in the download too.
