Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, digital products are usually not refundable, nor required to be refundable under EU law. However, we do offer refunds for orders that have already been purchased and downloaded. Each refund case is reviewed individually and we reserve the right to refuse refunds under circumstances that we deem exploitative. Refunds are not processed for multiple orders. Please make sure to preview our samples before making a purchase. If you encounter any technical issues with your download, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of purchase.
Download Issues
If you experience any issues with your download or if the files are corrupted, please reach out to our support team immediately. We are committed to resolving any technical issues. You must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date for assistance with download issues. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer an alternative solution, such as providing a new download link or offering a store credit.
Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you have made an incorrect purchase or accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and, if applicable, may offer a store credit or a replacement product.
