Welcome to Soundora! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.soundora.com] (the "Site") and all products and services offered by Soundora ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Account Registration

To access and purchase our sample packs, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity under your account.

2. License to Use Our Content

By purchasing a sample pack from Soundora, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the samples solely for your own music production or creative projects, including tracks for film, TV, video games, etc.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or license the samples in any form or standalone product.

  • Use the samples in any way that violates copyright or intellectual property laws.

  • Use the samples in works that are intended to be distributed as commercial products directly competing with Soundora’s sample packs.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, audio files, video, and designs, is owned by Soundora or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of our Site or the content without prior written permission from us.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, digital products are usually not refundable, nor required to be refundable under EU law. However, we do offer refunds for orders that have already been purchased and downloaded. Each refund case is reviewed individually and we reserve the right to refuse refunds under circumstances that we deem exploitative. Refunds are not processed for multiple orders. Please make sure to preview our samples before making a purchase. If you encounter any technical issues with your download, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of purchase.

5. Download Links and Expiration

Upon purchasing a sample pack, you will receive a download link. You are responsible for downloading your files in a timely manner. All download links will expire 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, should you need to re-download your purchase/s, reach out using our contact details and we will provide you with new download links up to two years after your purchase.

6. Payments

We accept most common payment methods. We are not able to provide any payment methods outside what we currently offer. By providing your payment details, you agree to pay the total amount due for the purchase, including any applicable taxes.

7. Support and Customer Service

If you experience issues with your download or have any questions regarding your purchase, please contact our support team at support@soundorashop.com. We are available to assist with technical issues or problems related to our products. 

8. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws.

  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful files that could damage our Site or other users’ devices.

  • Misuse or interfere with the functionality of the Site in any way.

9. Limitation of Liability

Soundora is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. No Warranty

The products provided by Soundora are offered "as-is" without any warranties. We make no guarantees that the samples will be error-free or compatible with all production environments.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or any other reason.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. 

Sample Use License (Additional)

When you purchase our sample packs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the samples for personal and commercial music production. You are not allowed to redistribute or sell the samples as standalone products or as part of a new sound library. By using our products, you agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws.
